Telkonet Inc., an operator of hospitality Internet service networks, has been chosen to provide its high speed Internet access (HSIA) guest support services to a group of 80+ hospitality properties owned or operated by the Concord Hospitality management firm of Raleigh, NC.
In order to maximize quality of service and proactive support provided to hotel guests, the Company noted that Concord selected its EthoStream Hospitality division to handle Tier-1 technical support calls from guests. As the most trafficked hospitality Internet access network in the U.S., Telkonet's EthoStream Hospitality Network will provide guests and properties alike with the highest level of Internet service and support available.

According to a release, Concord's hotel portfolio includes brands such as Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton, Choice, and Hyatt. These 80+ properties, located throughout the U.S. and Canada, offer some of the best guest experiences available.
