KARACHI, June 10, 2011 (Regional Times): Sindh Law Minister, Muhammad Ayaz Soomro said on Thursday that sufficient allocations were made in the upcoming budget for the next fiscal year to provide offices and other facilities to deputy district public prosecutors working across province.
Speaking at a reception held for the district public prosecutors, Ayaz Soomro called upon the law officers to equip themselves with technologies of internet and emailing. He said each district public prosecutor must be computer literate to meet the requirements of modern age, particularly having command on English language. He directed the law officers to develop habit of book reading, particularly those relating to their profession, which would boost their professional efficiencies.
Secretary Law Syed Ghulam Nabi Shah, Advocate General Sindh Abdul Fattah Malik, DCO Larkana Abdul Aleem Lashari, Director Anti-Corruption Sindh were also present.
